RUSH service is offered at a premium (an additional percentage of services provided) based on required completion timing. *Additional charges may apply around holidays.

  • Charges are based on each item such as video tapes, film reels (per foot) and images. Our video tapes are charged per tape/per hour. We offer quantity discounts on photos, slides, and negatives based on discount thresholds of 100, 500, 1000, 2500 and 5000 count images. Slideshows are created based on the number of images and music choice. We also offer services such as photo restoration, video/film editing, and digitizing photo albums, scrapbooks and oversized prints or artwork.

  • Please note before you begin that It may be easier to organize once the project has already been digitized, however if you would like to organize it beforehand please arrange your images in ziplock bags or folders with "names" that we can apply to the digital folder. Once we return the digitized files to you, file names can be edited and keywords or tags may be applied as well.

  • Standard format types for images are jpeg, video format is mp4, audio is mp3. We can also export to almost any format that you request. *Depending on format there may be additional charges as different types require more storage and more time to process and render.

  • Printed photos are measured in 1" stacks that are approximately 100 photos. A shoe box full of images is about 1000 prints. We process slides in carousels that hold 80 or 140 slides and a 1" stack of loose slides is approximately 20 slides. Negatives come in many different sizes and mostly come in rows of 4 or 5 images. Film reels come in 3"-50ft, 4"-100', 5"-200ft, and 7"-400ft.
